IQ COLLECTION does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product does not take place as a result of the data provided by the user being inaccurate, incomplete or false or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, such as the absence of the user or retention of the product in Customs.
If customs detains the package, the recipient will have to bear the handling costs. This condition is accepted upon completion of the purchase. In those cases in which the item has arrived at its destination and the customer rejects the customs and management payment, this amount will be deducted from the return of the product.

- Free shipping (orders over 160 EUR). Delivery in 2 – 4 business days.
- Standard Shipping (orders under 160 EUR) 4.95 EUR. Home delivery in 2 – 4 business days.
Shipping to the Canary Islands:
- Fee of 30.00 EUR. Home delivery 3 – 5 business days.
Shipments to Europe, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and
Melilla:
- Fee of 15.00 EUR. Home delivery 3 – 5 business days.
Shipping to the United Kingdom:
- Fee of 40.00 EUR. Home delivery 3 – 5 business days.
International deliveries:
- Fee of 50.00 EUR. Home delivery 7 – 10 business days.

Unless there are circumstances resulting from the customization of the products, or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances occur, we will send you the order consisting of the products listed in each Shipping Confirmation within the period indicated on the website according to the selected shipping method.
Delivery times are approximate. Any delay or problem with the shipment must be contacted with the courier company in charge of transportation, without prejudice to INVIRCOLECCION, SL doing everything on its part to assist and resolve the matter.
