HOW IT ALL BEGAN
Hi there! Thank you for visiting our website. The idea to create my own line of skin care evolved in early 2002, when I regularly suffered from bouts of eczema all throughout the year. After some time passed, I began researching natural ingredients for months on end which lead to the overtaking of my parents' kitchen, including the pots and pans! Literally working over the stove as a "kitchen chemist," I began mixing up small batches of a salt scrub (to polish my skin when I didn't have a flare-up) and a shea butter balm (to help heal my eczema). By the way, these two products have become two of the most popular staples in our product line. At that moment, I knew it was time to get to work - on a company name, a philosophy, and a potential product lineup. After much pondering, Issa Qattara Skin Care was born! Although I had a couple of products under my belt, I wanted and needed to learn more about skin, so I later became a licensed Esthetician. With that said, our very humble beginning has been evolving into the company we are today. That is why we are so excited that you may become our very next customer!

OUR PHILOSOPHY is simple - to utilize many of the natural ingredients that have been put on this earth for us to use. I encourage you to get back to basics with your skin care. Learn about what's in the products you currently use, so that you make educated decisions during future purchases. Natural, botanical, and plant-based ingredients not only help us, but the earth as well. Our product line is currently divided into the following categories:

1. CLASSIC SPA - classic, trendy & imported fragrances paired with our signature botanical blends that make our body lotions, scrubs, etc.
2. ORGANIC SPA - pure plant-based essential oils that combine with our signature botanic blends that make our body lotions, gourmet shea soaps, etc. This line is adored by all, especially those who prefer not to use synthetic perfumes on their skin. Our customers with eczema love Organic Spa!
